Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You get full access to the plan's features, and you can downgrade or cancel before the trial ends at no cost.
Does FlowSync integrate with our existing tools?
FlowSync connects with the tools most teams already run on — calendars, file storage, code repos, and chat — plus an open REST API and webhooks for anything custom. Integrations are available on all plans, with usage limits on Starter.
How does the AI Insights feature work?
AI Insights analyzes your workspace's activity — task movement, dependencies, workload distribution, and timelines — to surface risks early: blocked work, overloaded teammates, and slipping deadlines. It only reads data inside your workspace, never trains on it, and you can turn it off per project.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans can be canceled from your billing settings at any time and stay active until the end of the current period. Annual plans can be canceled for a prorated refund within the first 60 days.
How does billing work for teammates who join mid-cycle?
Seats are prorated automatically. If someone joins halfway through your billing month, you're only charged for the days they had access, added to your next invoice. Guests are free on every plan.
Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Enterprise plans add SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning, audit logs, and configurable data-residency options. We never sell or share workspace data.
